Troubleshooting: Reports Show No Data
Empty charts or "no data" messages on the Reports page can usually be resolved by confirming you are on the Advanced plan or higher, as the feature is unavailable on the Starter plan. If your plan is correct, try widening the date range to 60 or 90 days to capture more activity, especially for newer stores. Additionally, ensure that quotes have actually been submitted, as the report data only tracks finalized submissions rather than saved drafts.
Symptom
The Reports page shows empty charts or a message that no data is available.
Steps to Resolve- Check your plan. Reports & Analytics requires the Advanced plan or higher. If you are on the Starter plan, the Reports page is not available.
- Widen the date range. Use the Range selector to expand the window to 60 or 90 days. If your store is new, there may not be enough data in a 7-day window.
- Confirm quotes have been submitted. Reports are populated from submitted quotes only. Saved-but-not-submitted quotes are not included in report data. If no customers have submitted quotes yet, the report will be empty.
