Troubleshooting: Customize Button Not Appearing on Product Pages
If the Customize button is missing from your product page, first ensure the NetSource Configurator app embed is toggled on and saved within your Shopify theme settings. You should also verify that the specific product is listed under the Active tab in the app rather than being archived. Check your app dashboard to confirm your subscription status is either Active or in a Trial period, as the widget will not load if the plan is expired.
Symptom
The Customize button (or whatever label you have set) is not displaying on your product page.
Checklist- Check the theme extension is enabled. In Shopify Admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App Embeds. Confirm that NetSource Configurator is toggled on. If not, enable it and save.
- Confirm the product has an active configuration. In the app, go to Products and confirm the product appears on the Active tab (not Archived).
- Check your subscription status. Go to the Dashboard and confirm your plan status is Active or Trial. If the subscription is cancelled or expired, the widget will not load.
- Hard-refresh the product page. Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to bypass browser cache.
