Troubleshooting: Price Sync Issues
If items still show drift after syncing, it is likely because Shopify prices changed again immediately after the process; clicking Sync again will update them to the latest values. Items flagged as "Override" stay in the report permanently to protect your custom pricing, so you should only sync them if you want to revert to the Shopify price. If the Sync All button doesn't clear the entire list, refresh the page and run the operation a second time to catch any prices that shifted during the initial sync.
Symptom 1: Items Still Show Drift After Syncing
Drift is recalculated on each page load. If a price changed again after you synced, the new discrepancy will appear. Click Sync again to resolve the latest difference.
Symptom 2: An Override Item Always Appears in the Drift Report
Items flagged as Override will appear in the drift report permanently until you explicitly sync them. Override items are ones where you intentionally set a configurator price different from the Shopify price. Only sync an override if you want to replace your custom price with the current Shopify price.
Symptom 3: Sync All Button Does Not Remove All Items
After clicking Sync All, refresh the page. If items remain, the Shopify prices may have changed again during the sync operation. Run Sync All once more.
