How to Archive and Restore Products
Archiving a Product
Archiving hides a configurator from your storefront and frees up a slot toward your plan's product limit. The configuration data is fully preserved.
- Go to Products.
- Find the product card and click the archive icon.
- Confirm when prompted.
The product moves to the Archived tab and is no longer visible in the storefront configurator.
Restoring a Product
- Go to Products and click the Archived tab.
- Find the product and click Restore.
The product becomes active again and the storefront widget reappears on the product page.
Permanently Deleting a Product
- On the product card, click the delete icon.
- Confirm the deletion.
Warning: Permanent deletion cannot be undone. All configuration data for that product is removed. Archiving is recommended unless you are certain the data is no longer needed.
