How to Archive and Restore Products

Archiving a Product

Archiving hides a configurator from your storefront and frees up a slot toward your plan's product limit. The configuration data is fully preserved.

  1. Go to Products.
  2. Find the product card and click the archive icon.
  3. Confirm when prompted.

The product moves to the Archived tab and is no longer visible in the storefront configurator.

Restoring a Product

  1. Go to Products and click the Archived tab.
  2. Find the product and click Restore.

The product becomes active again and the storefront widget reappears on the product page.

Permanently Deleting a Product

  1. On the product card, click the delete icon.
  2. Confirm the deletion.
Warning: Permanent deletion cannot be undone. All configuration data for that product is removed. Archiving is recommended unless you are certain the data is no longer needed.
