Understanding the Dashboard and Activity Log
The Marketing page features five key metric cards that track performance, including the number of recovered quotes, conversion rates, and the average time it takes for a customer to purchase. You can also monitor upcoming quote expirations and how many items were auto-archived after exhausting all reminder steps.
Dashboard Metric Cards
At the top of the Marketing page, five metric cards give you a snapshot of how your reminders are performing:
- Quotes Recovered — The number of quotes that were purchased after at least one reminder email was sent. This is the most important number — it shows how many sales the reminder system helped close.
- Conversion Rate — The percentage of reminded quotes that were ultimately purchased.
- Avg Quote Age at Purchase — The average number of days between when a quote was created and when it was purchased. This helps you understand how long customers take to decide.
- Expiring Soon — The number of finalized quotes that will expire within the next 7 days.
- Auto-Archived This Period — The number of quotes that were automatically archived after all reminder steps were exhausted.
Usage and Limits
Below the metric cards, you will see progress bars showing your current usage versus your plan limits for both active quotes and emails sent. If you are approaching your limit (80% or more), a warning banner will appear with details about overage pricing.
Recent Activity Log
The Recent Activity section at the bottom of the page shows a list of the most recent reminder actions. Each entry includes:
- Date — When the reminder was sent.
- Customer — The email address the reminder was sent to. If the customer has a Shopify customer record, clicking the email address opens their customer profile in Shopify admin in a new tab.
- Quote — The quote reference number. Clicking the row opens the quote detail page inside the app.
- Track / Step — Which track (saved, submitted, or finalized) and which step number was sent.
- Status — Shows whether the email was sent, failed, skipped, opened, or clicked. Hover over a failed or skipped status to see the reason.
The activity log shows the 50 most recent entries and refreshes automatically when you send test emails or when the page loads.
