Troubleshooting: Subscription Confirmation Error

If you encounter an error or an inactive plan after approving a Shopify subscription, wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard to allow for potential webhook delays. You should also verify the charge in your Shopify Admin billing history to ensure the transaction went through, as you may need to try subscribing again if it is missing. If the status remains "Pending" on your dashboard, Shopify is still processing the approval and requires a short wait.

Symptom

After approving a subscription on Shopify's billing page, you are returned to the app but see an error or the plan does not appear to be activated.

Steps to Resolve
  1. Wait 2–3 minutes and refresh the Dashboard. Shopify billing webhooks can occasionally be delayed by a few minutes.
  2. Check your Shopify billing history. In Shopify Admin, go to Settings → Billing and confirm the charge for NetSource Configurator appears. If it does not appear, the subscription may not have gone through — try subscribing again.
  3. Check the subscription status on the Dashboard. If the plan shows Pending, Shopify is still processing the approval — wait a few minutes before checking again.
  4. Contact NetSource support if the issue persists after 10 minutes, providing your store domain and the plan you attempted to subscribe to.
