Customers cannot see their saved quotes on your store's customer account page.
Steps to Resolve- Complete the Onboarding setup. Go to Onboarding in the app and ensure all four steps are complete — including placing the Saved Quotes Link and Saved Quotes List blocks in the customer account customizer.
- Confirm New Customer Accounts are enabled. In Shopify Admin, go to Settings → Customer accounts and confirm New customer accounts is selected (not legacy accounts).
- Check the blocks are correctly placed. In Shopify Admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → Customer accounts and verify both blocks appear on the Profile section.
- Ask the customer to log out and log back in to refresh their account session.
