The Global Enable Switch and Pausing Reminders

The Quote Reminders master switch provides a single toggle to enable or disable all email automation across every track. You might choose to pause this system during major sales, holidays, or while updating templates to prevent sending incomplete communications. When re-enabled, the system automatically resumes and processes any reminders that became due during the pause on its next daily run. You also have the flexibility to control individual tracks independently if you only need to pause specific sequences. Always click the save button after toggling these switches to ensure your changes take effect.

The Master Switch

The Quote Reminders card has a master Enabled/Disabled toggle. When set to Disabled, no reminder emails are sent for any track — even if individual tracks are enabled.

When to Pause

Common reasons to temporarily disable all reminders:

During a sale or promotional event where you are managing customer communications separately.
Over holidays or periods when your team is unavailable to respond.
While you are making changes to your email templates and do not want incomplete versions sent.

Re-Enabling

When you turn reminders back on, the system picks up where it left off. Quotes that were due for a reminder while the system was paused will be processed on the next daily run.

Per-Track Control

You can also enable or disable individual tracks independently. For example, you might keep the Saved track enabled but disable the Finalized track while you are still finalizing your email templates for that track.

Remember to Save

Any changes to the master switch or individual track toggles must be saved by clicking the Save button at the top of the page.
