Plan Requirements

Conflict Rules, available in the Configurator app's Premium plan or higher, are automated constraints that dictate which product items must or cannot be selected together during a customer's configuration process. These rules are created once and can be applied across various storefront products, ensuring consistent, automated validation.

Configurator Plan Requirement

Conflict Resolution requires the Premium plan or higher.

Navigate to the Conflict Resolution tab in the left-hand menu of the Configurator app.

What are Conflict Rules?

Conflict rules let you control which items cannot — or must — be selected together inside a configuration. When a customer builds a product on your storefront, these rules run automatically.

You create rules once, then assign them to any configurator products where they should apply.
