How to Cancel Your Subscription
Users can cancel their NetSource Configurator subscription via the Dashboard by selecting "Cancel subscription" in the Current Plan card. Access remains active until the billing period ends, after which the app will cease to serve Configurator products. All data however, will be retained for future use.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to the Dashboard.
- In the Current Plan card, click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation in the modal that appears.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, the app enters read-only mode — your configurations and data are preserved but you cannot display, create, or edit configurations.
- To resume full access, subscribe to a plan again from the Dashboard.
Note: Cancelling does not delete your data. If you reinstall the app later, your configurations and settings are restored.
