How to Archive and Delete Quotes
Products can be managed by archiving to remove them from the storefront while preserving data, or by restoring them from the "Archived" tab. Permanently deleting a product removes all configuration data, a process that cannot be undone, making archiving the recommended action for data preservation.
Archiving a Quote
Archiving closes a quote and removes it from standard list views. Archived quotes are still accessible via the Archived status filter.
- In the Quotes list, click the archive icon beside the quote row.
- The quote is immediately moved to archived status.
To unarchive, switch to the Archived filter and click the archive icon again to restore the quote.
Deleting a Quote
- In the Quotes list, click the delete icon beside the quote row.
- In the confirmation prompt that appears, click Yes to confirm.
Warning: Deletion is permanent. The quote and all its data are removed and cannot be recovered.
