How Marketing Automation Pricing Works
Marketing Automation pricing is a tiered monthly add-on where costs and limits for active quotes and emails scale based on your Advanced, Premium, or Unlimited subscription plan. An active quote is defined as any saved, submitted, or finalized configuration currently being tracked by the reminder system, excluding those already purchased or archived. If you exceed your plan's limits, the system continues to function with overage fees billed at the end of the cycle for additional blocks of quotes or emails.
Add-On Pricing
Marketing Automation is a paid add-on. The monthly price depends on your current subscription plan:
- Advanced — $9.99/mo · 200 active quotes included · 1,000 emails per month
- Premium — $14.99/mo · 500 active quotes included · 3,000 emails per month
- Unlimited — $19.99/mo · 1,000 active quotes included · 5,000 emails per month
What Counts as an Active Quote?
An active quote is any quote currently being tracked by the reminder system — meaning it has a status of saved, submitted, or finalized and has not been purchased, archived, or expired. Purchased or archived quotes do not count toward your limit.
Overage Pricing
If you exceed your plan limits, the system does not stop sending reminders. Instead, overages are billed at the end of your billing cycle:
- Additional quotes: $5.00 per block of 500
- Additional emails: $3.00 per block of 2,000
You will see a warning banner on the Marketing page when you reach 80% of your quota, so there are no surprises.
Usage Dashboard
The Marketing page shows two progress bars at the top:
- Active Quotes — how many quotes are currently in a reminder track versus your plan limit.
- Emails Sent This Period — how many reminder emails have been sent this billing cycle versus your plan limit.
If you go over the limit, the estimated overage amount is displayed so you can plan accordingly.
